Technical Support Specialist of Antrax products, Chernigov


– Provide customers of the company with the technical support by processing

  trouble tickets and resolving technical problems

  (e-mail and chat conversations as well as live phone calls);

– Simple setting up remote servers based on CentOS;

– Support clients regarding company products and all necessary settings;

– Testing and debugging the company’s products errors;

– Participation in projects development process;

– Active participation in company`s life and discussions of tech department.


90% of the duties are described above, the Company reserves the right

to introduce new responsibilities and provide other tasks and duties that

will be within the competence of the employee or close to it.



– Higher education (IT field) or relevant work experience;

– Work experience with * nix systems;

– Intermediate level both of spoken and written English skills;

– Basic knowledge of business communication;

– Flexibility in conditions of scientific and technical progress.
