– Provide technical support to existing and new customers.
– Check the intactness of Comapny’s voice routes, troubleshooting.
– To assist the finance department in resolving disputes.

– Experience as a manager of technical support is welcome.
– Experience in the area of VoIP / IP-telephony is prefereed.
– Fluent spoken and written English.

– High efficiency, diligence, ability to prioritize and work in a multi-tasking routine.
